How to enter code on a Suzuki/Clarion radio

Hi

I had a bluetooth kit fitted recently and since then the radio hasn't
worked. Comes up 'Code 0000'

The book says power off then on holding the up arrow. However it doesn't
power off when the ignistion is turned. Its nothing to do with the bluetooth
as I removed the loom and checked. it must be because it wants the code.

Any help appreciated
