When you consider what they're made of and how simple they are, it's a
surprise you can't get them cheaper, and I bet you can get them for under
half that somewhere, especially considering that halfords are just for the
general public and are built in places easily accessible. People are going
to go there as they know halfords will have things, not because halfords is
a bargain-basement.
