Hi All,

The stereo upgrade grinds ever closer...

I've now got the Omnifi, and I've finally decided on a JVC KD-LHX601
DAB CD player to plug it into. The only problem now is, since I've
never fitted a DAB stereo before, I don't know if it's worth getting a
"proper" aerial for it or if the glass-mount ones are any good.

I don't mind drilling a hole in the roof if it'll get me a better
signal, but if glass-mount ones are just as good, then I won't bother.

What do you reckon?

Cheers,

Colin.

I used a splitter on the normal FM aerial which wasn't great. I've gone
for a roof mounted proper DAB one now and I've not had any drop outs yet.

Ah, good. Sounds like I probably made the right choice ordering a roof
aerial.

Cheers,

Colin.
