I have just had some repairs done to my 1992 Peugeot 309 GLD. The
repairer disconnected the battery while the work was done and now the
car radio won't work.

I believe the radio is the original one fitted to the car.

If I take the car to a Peugeot dealer, can they tell me what the code
is from the VIN?

Yes but they charge a fortune and need to know allsorts of unnecessary
information, better and cheaper to find your local radio decoder. Which area
are you in?
