stereo for car help

Hi,

I was wondering if someone could help me find a suitable stereo for my car.
My car is a vw golf 1.6 2001

Budget £250

What I'm basically after is something with a good radio, all the basic
features, cd player. Good quality sound for many different types of music.

I dont know much about in car stereos so thought I would ask for some
guidance.

Well I've just bought a Becker Mexico Pro from www.caraudiodirect.com and
find it really easy to use. It has a lovely rich sound, and best of all, it
comes in blue to match the car interior lights!!!!!
