Car CD player jumps all the time

Got a Ministry of Sound CD/MP3 player in my car.

Trouble is the smallest bump and the CD jumps. Also, strangely when I
brake heavily the CD jumps.

Does'nt happen with MP3 CDs (does the player pre-read these or
something?).

Any ideas what I can do to stop this? Can I buy a vibration dampening
kit or something for the stereo slot ?

One quick-fix would be to only use MP3 CDs. I very, very rarely use proper
audio CDs nowadays - too expensive if they get damaged/stolen.
