Ford Car radio 2007R RDS

Hi everyone,
would someone be able to help with my Galaxy car radio?
The battery was disconnected at the garage and so the code needs to be
input.
I have the code but it contains letters and numbers.
I cannot find a way of getting letters to come up in the
display...........HELP!!!

the radio code is only 4 numbers long its the serial number on the side
that has digits in
have you deff' got the right number?

There are no letters in the code.
