Sony 6cd slot loader - Ford Mondao 54 plate

My mate has just got a Ford Mondao on a 54 plate, and it has a sony cd\radio
fitted that you load the cd's in one at a time, useing the single
slot.
Now the prob is that it has already got 6 cd's in the unit, we have tryed to
eject the cd's, but it keeps saying "NO CD".

Is there a way to get these cd's out of the unit ?, we have tryed just about
every way we can think of.
The cd's are not his cup ot tea, so he needs to get them out so he can put
his own in.

if you take it to your local dealer they will send it away to ford who
dismantle it and post your CD's back to you
warranty perhaps? or ask for goodwill where ford will pay large p/c
